Savant is an organization in the south of the Netherlands providing various types of care to families and the elderly. The organization came into being following a merger between several smaller local care providers.
To centralize the organization, there was a need for new administrative offices in combination with an industrial kitchen. The building's footprint was reduced by constructing the kitchen on the ground floor, below the offices. A garden was created on the roof of the kitchen, enhancing the work environment for the building's occupants.
