Joico-Zotos is an American/Japanese manufacturer of hair care products. The company's distribution center for Europe and Asia is located in Helmond.
The management wishes to expand its current facility in Helmond to accommodate the company's steady growth. Several architectural firms were asked to produce a preliminary design, and Joico-Zotos selected DHV as the winner. DHV's design is full of character and includes an office extension on top of the existing structure, as well as an extension of the distribution center.
