The design of this solar cell production facility for Arise emphasizes its relationship with the setting, not only in terms of the positioning of the building but also with regard to the view enjoyed by the users.
The main production area on the first floor has an abundance of windows, arranged in two parallel series, or 'stripes'. The upper series provides for the ingress of natural light throughout the building, while the lower offers a panoramic view of the surrounding area. The movement and interplay of the incoming light creates an exciting visual composition while establishing a functional relationship with the outside world.
